MS Wrestling Results from Saturday:
The MS wrestling team competed in the West Jefferson Invitational on Saturday. The team place 3rd out of 12 teams. Placing for the middle school are: 1st place – Kolten Black, Jayden Strugell, Steele Boysel and Noah Clark. Henry Myers placed 2nd for the team. Finishing in 4th, 5th and 6th place are: Chance Griffin, Dylan McManus, Chris Ratermanm Cadman Roose, Gabe Hemmlegarn and Dominic Roose.

The Raiders competed at the Triad invitational. Out of 12 teams the Raiders finished second place with 11 wrestlers and eight individuals placing all in the top three.

The Benjamin Logan middle school Raiders competed in the North Union invitational tournament. The Raiders turned in a strong effort placing 2nd out of 11 teams. The Raiders had 234 team points, while Marion Grant won the tournament with 240 points.

Ben Logan finished their season at the CBC tournament at tecumseh. The Raiders finished 6th out of the 12 league teams. 8 out of the 10 wrestlers placed.

The middle school Raiders wrestled at the Northwestern dual tournament on Saturday January 24th. The Raiders went 3 and 2 in duals getting 3rd as a team.

Individual awards went to:

3rd place: Jayden Sturgell, Jacob Smith, and Henry Myers

2nd place: Caylin Houser and Noah Clark

1st place: Christian Keller, Mason Straker, Dylan McManus

Special mention to Chance Griffin who went 3 and 0 on the day.

On Friday January 16, the Ben Logan middle school Raiders hosted their own tournament. Ben Logan finished in 3rd as a team.

In the recent week, the Benjamin Logan Raiders middle school wrestling squad competed in the Aqua Falls Invitational finishing in the middle of the pack of 13teams.

On 12/18 the Raiders competed in a tri with Covington and Bellefontaine.

The Raiders were beat by covington 48 to 30 and beat Bellefontaine 36 to 27.
